An evening of all-singing, all-dancing stars of the San Francisco Stage, all as Beauty Queens for the night!! The show stars Holly Nugent (Mrs. California Globe 2010) and Tom Orr. Guest Starring:

All of the songs featured in the evening will be about women struggling in an abusive relationship or recovering and rebuilding their self-confidence. The show has a “Pageant” theme, with all performers dressed in evening gowns

Formal or cocktail attire is requested for guests. That means full beauty queen drag for the men! There will be a raffle and a “Miss Cabaret” contest at Intermission, as well, involving toilet paper gowns. It promises to be a fun night!

The W.I.N. Foundation is a 501C3 non-profit foundation that specializes in personal empowerment for women. From abuse recovery, to self-esteem enhancement, to Destiny Management (creating your dreams, visions and purpose), they offer classes, programs and conferences that empower women to become their personal best. They have been paving the way for healing and empowerment for women since 1996.

Holly Nugent was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory after attending PCPA's Two Year intensive Actor Training Program and ACT's Young Conservatory.

After graduating from The Boston Conservatory, Holly continued training in improv and sketch comedy and began focusing on building a career in theatre and film in the San Francisco Bay Area. She currently serves on the ACT Alumni Board of Directors, and is a member of Ray of Light and The Royal Underground's Theatre Companies. Recently, Holly won the award for Best Actor for the San Francisco Seven Day Film Festival for her work in the film "Look Both Ways."

Holly is the current reigning Mrs. California Globe 2010 and makes appearances throughout California on behalf of the W.I.N. Foundation, and the Raise Your Standards Program. She currently resides in San Francisco with her loving husband, Arik, and the other joy of her life, her dog Annabelle!

The WIN / Globe Connection:

Since 1997 Mrs. Globe has served as the primary fundraiser and voice for the outreach. State and country delegates for the Mrs. Globe organization serve as state spokeswomen for the foundation by participating in our outreaches and event. Due to our efforts, Mrs. Globe has both changed lives and has been recognized by world figures.
